Propane Tank rentals come full and can be returned or picked up empty. Customers are allowed to fill the propane tanks if needed but the tanks are the property of Party Dreams Rental and they should not be exchanged for another tank. If tank are exchanged full replacement cost may be billed, There are no refunds for unused propane.
